The art kit will specifically focus on how you can draw your emotions. It will include a tutorial and art supplies.
This kit will be all about having a healthy, nutritional, tasty diet, and the importance of drinking water.
The exercise and yoga kit will include several yoga exercises that can be practiced in class, and why excercise is important.
